It provides a breakdown of scientific and wellness centered practices that you can easily digest and do in your own chaotic and busy lives, to find a selfcare and homecare that is attainable for you individually.
Grown from my desire to keep people active and healthy in a way that suits their lifestyles, Meraki Selfcare is a starting point for learning to put yourself first. I will focus on how to incorporate strategies to get you where you want to be, what to do when you face an obstacle (such as injury or mental health block), and give you the resources to feel in control of your health and happiness. Selfcare can be incredibly hard to pursue when family, jobs and life seem to take up all your time. But Meraki is here to guide you to taking control over your life, teaching you that you have the ability to move, rehabilitate yourself, and play an active role in your own health. It is possible to put yourself first, and necessary, to ensure that you can keep healthy for yourself, your family and to enjoy the most out of this life.
Meraki is a greek word meaning:
